Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the adjacent Calico Basin and Kraft Mountain zones, west of Las Vegas, Nevada. Aztec sandstone sport, trad, and bouldering, with limestone on the outskirts. A cool-season area.
Access
The 13-mile Scenic Drive requires a timed-entry reservation October to May and has seasonal gate hours. Calico Basin and Kraft Mountain sit outside the Scenic Drive and need no reservation.
